Data disappeared

Used the Blaze all day this past Sunday and synced before going to bed.  All steps and data captured.  Woke up the next day and went for a run and when I got home I looked at my dashboard and 50% of my data from the day before was gone.  Verified version (iOS) was correct.  Last two days have been fine with the Surge.

Has this ever happened before or is it the first time that you are experiencing this? Did you just get the Blaze and started alternating it with the Surge or have you been using them both for a while?

Something to keep in mind when using two trackers on the same account, make sure that for best results, do not wear more than one tracker at a time and sync each tracker before taking it off and putting on another to avoid overlapping data. The more overlapping data that exists on your account, the more likely it is that your dashboard's accuracy will suffer.

Let me know if after making sure to sync trackers before putting on the other you're still having problems or if it works better for you.
