Data missing online & on new phone

I downloaded the app on my new S8 last week and have just tried to set up my Blaze to the phone and it is only picking up data from the last 7 days or so... when I log-in to my online account it is also only showing the past week of data. Where has my account gone? All my friends and everything is missing?

@Dawn_K log out of the account you created on your new phone.. Now log into you original account.

You will need to reconnect the Blaze to your first account. 

 

BTW.. When you get a new phone, you do not set the Blaze up to it, you simply download the Fitbit app, choose "I have an account", log into your Fitbit account, That's.it, your all set up and the tracker sync. 

The fact you said that you had to setup the tracker to the new phone, tells me that you also created a new account.
