My Fitbit is saying it's January 26th at 3:56 pm. What's going on? I can't update it on the app and it keeps saying it's syncing.

It's great to welcome you @Rebecca95. If your tracker is showing an incorrect time and date, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync the tracker again.
To change the timezone, do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Tap account
2. Tap Advanced Settings
3. Change your timezone
4. Sync
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()

Trying to follow your steps, but how do you "put the correct time"?? Mine is constantly syncing but my time wrong and it's driving me insane!! I've tried all the steps- turning it off, on, closing the app, turning off my phone, updating everything, syncing again... and again... and again.... I'm getting very frustrated!! 🙂

You put in the correct time by setting up the correct timezone. Then durring the next sync, the time will be updated.
It sounds like you might have a sync problem.
