Dead Blaze

I received a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas and it stopped working May 6th. I have tried using the Warranty return process to get it repair and they will not provide a warranty return authorization.

 

It looks like they just want to ask so many questions that you get tiered and give up.

 

Anyone have a direct phone number for Fitbit?

You only use that form if you are with 45 days of purchase.

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thank you for the advice, tried the restart more than three times.

 

The Chat support just is a "go away" type support.

 

I think I am going to mail it to the CEO see if he can help.  But, if it takes that much effort I will buy a different companies  product.  It is bad enough the product died.  But going the the hassle of the warranty process, is just sad!
