My blaze was had been replaced last year, a couple of days ago i noticed it stop receiving notifications. I did not think much about it but today i tried checking the settings to see if anything changed but my mobile was not synching with the blaze. i decided to shut down the blaze and restart ..
hmph... it shut down for good. it will not restart... i have tried all the buttons and also charging but nothing it is as dead as the proverbially door nail.. it will not even reboot to factory settings just nothing at all except a black screen

Well there is still the throwing it against the wall option.. 😰
But yes I did already email them So I will wait and see what happens.
However it's a little worrying I first bought in 2016 and that stopped working and was replaced in 2017 and now in 2018 that one has stopped... seems like an annual thing.

This just happened to mine as well 🤬 I had one replaced before because of same issue, just dead, wont reset or anything, no lights on either. I just went to change my clock design, went to refresh... and it’s just black. Shows I have a full battery but won’t turn on.

yours seems slightly different as i could not see anything at all not even battery level. however, i got bored this morning and did another reboot ie left and bottom right buttons and kept holding it until something happened and low and behold it started again... i have no idea what happened and even thought it kind of synchs to my mobile it still cant receive posts as it did before just says its all up to date..
anyway i am still waiting for fitbit to email me and advise what to do now.
