Hi
This is my 3rd fitbit blaze due to the issues I have had and it stopped work a couple of weeks ago.
It only shows the single red bar on the battery life.
If I plug it in to charge, it shows the full normal panel (while in the charger).
I can sync to my iphone app (only while in charger) and the app states that the battery is full.
If I take it out of the charger, I can only see the single red bar on the battery charge screen.
Same if I charge for 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week
I have tried hard resets and no resolution
Any help? PLEASE!!!
