Dead screen

Hi.

I've been having some issues with my device over the last little while. The screen has been glitching. It's been resetting itself / shutting down of its own accord. And this morning ( frustratingly after a 5 mile run which I was competing in ) the device completely shut down with no data sync, and a non responsive screen. The back of the blaze is still flashing green but the device is dead.
Can anyone assist?

It's great to see you around @cleoglampuss. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

I'm having a similar issue. My screen is black but everything seems to be working in the background. Its counting steps and reading my pulse but I can't see anything. I tried the reset already, when I hold down the left & bottom right buttons it vibrates twice but then nothing changes. I'm not sure what to do now?

This happened to me last week @cleoglampuss, the lights where flashing, which told me that the tracker was somewhat wotking, but no dosplay. Doing the reset @AlejandraFitbit mentioned brought the display back to life and I've had no problems since.

Hi. That seems to have worked. I'm just concerned though, as it's been playing up. I've been getting black and white pixels on the screen too. I'm losing confidence.
