Charging my new Blaze

I got my FitBit Blaze today and the battery won’t charge. I changed the USB-port and it still won’t charge. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello @HannaEmilia, does your tracker still have the setup message?

Didn't the tracker vibrate apon connecting to its charger? Are you using the phones charger, i recommend for thr first charge.
