Delay in getting notifications

Fit Bit Blaze is an excellent product in the range i was looking for..
A small issue i am facing about this product is i am getting notifications (calls & messages) a bit late...

I'm sorry to hear that your notifications are showing late on your tracker. I think that I would recommend refreshing the Bluetooth connection between your tracker and your phone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device" and after that, go to the Fitbit app. Tap on the icon of your tracker at the top left corner and scroll down to Notifications. Enable them and it will ask your permission to set up notifications, just agree to it and see how it goes.

 

Also, it's very important that you check that your phone is a compatible device for syncing. You can use this link for that.
