Why don’t Fitbit let you delete unwanted messages, I have messages from a deleted account and from someone who was basically trying to scam me. It’s ludicrous that you can’t control the content of your own account 😤

Could you please provide a few more details about the messages you're referring to? Let me know if you're referring to the messages you send through the online dashboard, mobile app or any text/app notifications.

Hi,
they are messages that are sent privately through my Fitbit and there are some on there from deleted accounts from over 200 days ago that I can’t get rid of

As you mentioned previously, this option is not available for the moment.
I can see this has been posted here in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, even though it's been marked as Not currently planned, I do recommend that you vote for this idea, since this is helpful for the team of developers to continue to track popularity and demand over time.
