Hi there @RJPuser. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I can give you a hand with this.
For old notifications on your Fitbit Blaze, you simply need to swipe up from the bottom and once your notifications appear, you can delete one by one by swiping them to the right or you can also go to the end of the notifications and tap on Clear All to get rid of all of them.
Now, about food logs, this has to be done from the app as food will not show on your Blaze. For this, go to the Food section and locate the item you want to get rid of. Tap on it and a new screen will appear where you can swipe to the left on the specific food item and a red Delete option will appear on the right side. Tap on it and it will be deleted.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

I also cannot clear the notifications on the Fitbit app on my iPhone 6S plus on IOS 11.4 software. Also cannot seem to add a picture here the way the post you referred to said to do. Cannot get to choose file to send you a screenshot

Hi,
I can't do screenshots since there are hundreds of notifications on my Fitbit iPhone App dating back to May 2017.
Also, I still need help in deleting food items that I no longer want on my frequently used list on my Fitbit iPhone App.
Thanks,
