I have had 2 trackers 1 is a replacement for counting to many steps, was told the only way to delete badges not earned was to redo my account under another email address, did so now the second one gave me to many floors when non climbed, now onto the third tracker, hoping three times the charm, my question is, is there anything out that is being voted on in regards to being able to delete unearned badges if so I would like to know and place my vote yes, just a thought.

Unearned weight badges can be deleted by the user.

Unearned daily step badges can be deleted by contacting Fitbit.

If your interested in knowing if this suggestion exists, I suggest going to the feature suggestion forum and doing great a search.

I am being given a run around about deleting unearned badges even by support. This is frustrating. Why can't they just do it? I know for a fact that I have not earned these badges?

Generally they don't just delete badges, they firdt confirm that the badge was really not earned. Fitbits data said it was.

So you @SunsetRunner, the user will need to present your case as to why you believe the badges where 7nearned.

Was it because data was not reset at midnight?

Was tye tracker sitting next to a fan, or on an air conditioner?

Maybe you had something simalar to me, snd wa5ched 350,000 steps counted within a 15 minute period. Did i really just walk half way across the country faster then a plane can fly?

Also giving them the day the badge was earned would help.

In the steps might not reset at midnight, the moderator has offered to remove false badges, you might want to read one of these posts. A search will find them.

Good luck.
