This morning I noticed my Blaze was stuck on the clock screen. It counts my steps, but I can't swipe to the different screens and the side buttons don't work. Is there a way to force it to shut down? I'm not even sure that will help. I also placed it into its charger...which is isn't recognizing. I'm a little disappointed. Have only had it since May.

I am experiencing the same thing, except my blaze is stuck on the TRACK screen and can not swipe to any other screens.

Having same issues but mine is stuck on the fitbit logo. Can's swipe or do anything. Can't shutdown or restart. when I do all it does is vibrate and go back to the logo.

received my in June and it's doing the same thing. Hopefully they will rectify the situation soon.
