Heart Rate not tracking

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello -

I just bought a Blaze yesterday and the heart rate is not working properly.  When the heart rate is set to ON, the display always shows 70, when set to AUTO the display shows blank lines.  I tried rebooting and shutting down the device, turning bluetooth off and on, switching wrists and nothing helped.  The two green lights are both flashing.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions to correct this situation.

It's great to have you here @gpalace! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. When you choose the auto setting, the heart rate will be active when you're wearing it and it's going to be inactive when you remove it. This setting can help you, if you want to save some battery as it won't be always on.

If you believe your Blaze isn't always tracking your heart rate, even when you're wearing it. You can choose the ON setting. You can learn more about it by checking What should I know about my heart rate data?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

My Blase heart rate monitor has stopped working the two green lights are on but all I get are dashes. I've reset several times, cleaned it, and changed the setting from "auto" to "on" with no success.

Hi SilviaFitbit -

The Blaze was defective out of the box.  I obtained a new one and it seems to be working now.

Thank you.
