Device not charging

I bought my blaze over 2 years ago. Here recently I've been having notification issues and now today, it won't charge. I've done what all the suggestions have said to charge and reset. Nothing is working.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Blaze prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or if your device is completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Thank you. I had read that article and tried all of those steps, including the cleaning. I do not see any lights flashing on the back of the Fitbit. The front can light up if I tap it, but it doesn’t stay on and the battery icon in the top left corner shows a blank battery.

If you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate them.
