Device not tracking activities

My Blaze used to track my exercise but it isn’t doing it anymore. I’ve checked and it is still set to track and not log. It shows my active minutes and stairs done but no exercise. Help please

Thanks for the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Also, do you use our SmartTrack feature to auto-recognize the activity or you're initiating the activity directly from your Blaze? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and let me know how it goes.
