Very disappointed that my efforts aren't recording. Blaze won't log activity

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I totally understand how disappointing this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which activities your device didn't record? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Are you tracking the activities with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature or with the Exercise shortcuts? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Blaze?

 

In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
