Device continually vibrating

Frozen blaze, will not shut down. Continually vibrates?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To resolve this uncommon situation, I suggest you to follow the below steps to restart your device:

 

  1. For Fitbit Blaze, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device? 

 

Let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for your reply. The Fitbit would not shut down.  Stayed on the logo. Begun violently vibrating I was unable to do a thing. 

The Fitbit has now run out of battery so shut itself down, I will recharge it today but if the issue persists I will be returning it to the store for a refund.
