Didn't sync for a week

My Fitbit didn't sync for a week, but it did sync today. How do I get all of the other days to sync? The bar goes half way like its syncing and then stops.

Hey there @Aabeyta65. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

 

If your tracker is not syncing properly, I can recommend giving it a restart. You do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for about 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to turn off and the Fitbit logo will show up. After that your tracker will have rebooted and you can try to get it to sync again.

 

Now, for the previous days, they should appear once the tracker syncs and in the case they don't appear, I don't really think they will show up 😕 However, I would expect this not to happen again after restarting your tracker.
