Different problems with the Fitbit Blaze

I'm fed up with my Blaze! It was recently repaired due to a black screen and not being able to charge. Since I have received it back I no longer get my text notifications, it does not hold a charge and the heart rate is off! I too, have went though all the steps it lists to troubleshoot. I've tried chatting live with a representative but somehow we were disconnected and I never received a call back. I'm starting to dislike my fitbit. 😞

Hi there @Melisaand3, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having all these problems with your Fibit Blaze 😕 Thanks a lot for what you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out.

Now, when you say that your tracker was repaired, does this mean that you got a replacement from Fitbit or did you sent it somewhere to get it repaired?

About the battery not lasting as it lasting,I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

For the notifications, you can remove your  tracker from the Bluetooth devices on your phone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, proceed to set it up as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Also, giving it a quick restart could help with the heart rate not working. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Hope this helps. I'll be looking forward for your reply!
