Direct messaging on forums

Hey there, everybody.

Recently, I've been trying to get in touch with a moderator by the name of @AlejandraFitbit via the Fitbit community's direct messaging feature. However, I could not find a way to do that. Any tips?

Click on her tag in your post and it takes you to her profile page where there is an option to send a message.

For discouraging of spam @NoLifeBen a brand new user is not allowed to private message. 

This may be why you did not hsvehthe option. but it should be good now. 

You tagging her would get her attention .
