Looking to sell my Blaze, however when shop "test" or attempt to test my blaze they say it's still linked to my phone and Fitbit account, I have gone into all settings and even on the main Fitbit account it states I have no accessory paired or linked to account?

Hi there @IBW. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

That sounds a little strange. If someone tries to pair a Fitbit device that is already paired to an account, this will be done without any problem and the tracker will pair to the new account. Now, Just to be sure, I would recommend going into your Fitbit account, then, tap on the icon of your Blaze at the top left corner and scroll down and you'll find an option in red letters that says "Remove this Blaze". Tap on that.

Also, to remove the Bluetooth bond to your phone, go into your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, then go to the Blaze which should appear on your devices and then hit the "Forget this device" option.

After doing this, your Blaze should not be associated to your account of phone anymore. Hope this helps.
