Hi there @GinnyDragon54. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
I would recommend that for everything to match, you log out of your accounts on your mobile device and on your computer. Once you've done this, make sure to log back in with the same email address and password and once you're in, your information should match.
Let me know if this is the case or if you need any more help!

I have found the app doesn't update all ways as fast as the web.

That is true @Rich_Laue.
In those cases, I have gotten used to force quit the app and open it again. Force quitting the app and opening it right after makes it to update automatically with all the correct information.

This is not really a problem with the app @bbarrera, I would say it happens with most apps on cell phones.
For example, whenever I use Deezer which is the app I use for streaming music, sometimes it won't load the music, so I just force quit it and open it again and it all works fine. Force quitting and opening an app doesn't take more then 3-4 seconds.
Good to see you around!

@FerdinandFitbit I don't agree, in our house we extensively use apps that sync with cloud and Fitbit is the only app that I find requires force quitting and restarting. Lately in the last few weeks the app has been syncing w/o problems, however the issue comes and goes. We have 100M/100Mbps fiber Internet at home, we don't have any issues with connectivty. When it happens I switch to another app like my mail client, that fetches mail from 6 different accounts, and no problem. My 16 yr old and 19 yr old kids are also heavy cloud app users, and they don't have issues with their music and other apps. The only other issue I have is Google Drive sometimes mysteriously fails to sync files, never an issue with Dropbox. Sure seems like an issue with the Fitbit app.
My wife has been complaining for months about Fitbit app locking up her phone, said she followed my directions and deleted app and reinstalled. She only uses the app to check her weight (Aria scale, she has no trackers), and her workaround was checking graph on her computer. This morning I finally grabbed her phone, logged out, deleted app, reinstalled, logged back in, and that appears to have fixed the problem. Yay!

I've found that the mobile dashboard doesn't display the latest information, but all you need to do is tap on whichever item is out of sync to go to that screen, at which time it updates. Still prefer web, but fitbit has failed, for over 6 months to fix a problem I've been having forcing a sync with my PC, so I'm stuck with mobile for syncing.
