I've thought my blaze has been under recording the distance I'm running recently but wasnt sure because I have nothing to compare to.
Today I ran 13.1miles and my watch shows 9.8miles.
How can I fix please?

Hello @AlainaJ1211, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this occur only while recording an exercise or with your daily stats too? Are you comparing the distance information with another tracking device? And lastly, are you using the connected-GPS feature to track the exercise?
I'd like to share with you that when you track an activity with GPS, your device calculates your distance using GPS data rather than steps. If you begin moving before you get a GPS signal, your device calculates distance using your steps until GPS connects. Also, to update your stride length, track a run with GPS or measure your stride length manually. For more information, see Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Yes I have compared with a garmin and apple watch, they were showing the same but mine alot less. I always wait for gps signal to connect before starting so won't be that. I will try updating my stride however for it to be over 3miles out it seems like alot. This has been happening for the past couple of months that I have noticed however before that I would only run by myself so no one to compare to. Now with attending organised events I know how far I am actually running. Is this a common fault, if it's not the stride that's the problem what's the next fix please?
Thank you 🙂

Currently having this same problem. Did you find a solution to the problem in the end? Thank you.

I have the same issue and have done so for the last few weeks with my Blaze. I'll set the GPS tracker on my phone making sure full signal before I head out. I have stride length set to auto, never had issues before. Today as one of many examples, the phone said I've done 4.6miles, but the map says 3.86 miles... Based on the time I've done, I'd probably say the 4.6 might be the more accurate. Any suggestions? Using Samsung A70.
