Hi i just got my fitbit blaze and the distance in km's isnt recording properly. It says i am walking less then 1km when i know for a fact i at least walk 2km a day to get to and from work.
Can anyone help with what might be wrong. My phone is sync to it and my bluetooth and gps are switched on my phone.
Thanks

Hi there @Lucyloo83. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I think I can help you with this! Distance is closely related to your stride length and will be determined by this when you're not using the Connected GPS feature which determines your distance based on your phone's GPS system.
I'd recommend checking your stride length if you haven't done that already. For this, go to your Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon at the top right corner of the dashboard. Then, scroll down to Settings and look for the Advanced Settings. Go to the last section that says Stride Length and either, set it to "Set automatically" or enter your custom stride length.
Follow the steps below to calculate your stride length and then add it to your Fitbit account:
Your running stride can be calculated the same way if you run instead of walk.
Hope this helps!
