I have had my fitbit blaze for a little over a year and I am having difficulties syncing. It appears to sync, but it doesn't track when the steps were taken. Right now, I have 8000 steps for the day, but all it shows on the activity log is 60 steps the last 15 minutes, as well as its not logging my heart rate or sleep. Help?!

Hey there @lewi0176. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Blaze is not syncing your information correctly.
There are two things that I can recommend in this situation. The first one would be to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Then try to sync it and see if your information syncs correctly and if your heart rate and sleep are also recorded as it should.
Now, if that doesn't work, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know if you need more help with this!
