I have owned a Blaze since August and have not had a problem until recently. The last two bicycle rides it mapped my 14 mile ride as only only 3.20 miles and it done so #2 Saturdays in a row.
I was not running any other program other than the Fitbit app. My ride was mapped correctly so I know it was communicating with the GPS of my Samsung 6 phone. My battery is fully charged. Any suggestions?
I set my Blaze to "Bicycling" at the start of my ride, I don't use the Auto Detect feature.
Thank you

Hi there @aginj. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
It's strange that the distance was not correct after tracking your cycling session. I can recommend at this point to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and this should make the tracker to work properly. Also, the signal reception that you have on your phone has to do with distance tracking accuracy so make sure that where you're running, tall buildings or many trees are not decreasing your signal reception.
Let me know how it goes!
