So I am trying to Sync my Blaze using Fitbit Connect and it's asking me to plug in my Dongle. I don't have a Dongle so what am I supposed to do ?

Hello and welcome to the forums @bernalbenson

 

How are you trying to set up? The newer computers don't need the dongle, but the older systems do. My Windows 8.1 needs a dongle.

 

If you're syncing with a mobile device, you won't need the dongle.
