Best AnswerIn for the answer to this. I am almost double my sleep in the new sleep stages as opposed to the old sleep/awake. There is no way that just by changing the sleep patterns, that my sleep has changed that drastically. Either thier old way of tracking sleep was flawed, or the new way is flawed. I would like an actual answer to this, as opposed to a scripted answer with troubleshooting.
