New Blaze won't charge

Just got a new Blaze in the mail and it has been plugged in for 6 hours and it still says low battery on the app.  The screen just shows the Fitbit logo and doesn't even show that it is charging.

@Meesh98  Have you set up and added the tracker to your account yet?  If not, there will not be any indicator of charging until you do so.

 

Here is a link to the Blaze User Guide that will help you get it installed, and how to use the features of your new Blaze.
