How do I change the clock display to 24 hrs?

I agree with our friend @Rich_Laue, please follow the steps provided by him from a computer since there isn't an option to change the timezone format from the Fitbit app.

To change your timezone, you just need to do the following from a computer:

 

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner. 
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu. 
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose between 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here. 
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.
