I'm guessing you just have to swipe down to get to the correct screen. I've found that the Blaze can be a bit ornery when you're trying to swipe the screens when in workout mode, but it should work if you try a couple/ few times.
If all else fails, heart rate is the default screen in workouts, so you should be able to just restart, or even charge your Blaze to reset it.

Hello @Mommo3 welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was reviewing my Blaze and noticed that if you tap the screen or swipe it as @meresydotes mentioned you can get miles, calories, the clock and your heart rate. If you already swipe through the settings and you are not able to see the heart rate readings try to restart the tracker as instructed by @SunsetRunner on this post.
