How do I reset my email id?

In your user settings on the web, and change it in the upper left corner. 

Go to fitbit.com, look for the gear in the upper right corner, click it, then settings. Now your in your user settings page, top left

A warm welcome to the Forums @007mom and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by and for the information.  As mentioned, to change your Fitbit email address, you just need to do the following from your computer:

1. Sign into your account with your current e-mail address and password.
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of your Dashboard and select "Settings."
3. In the "Personal Info" section, click "change email" to the right of your email address.
