It's great to see you around @Krotkdm. Fitbit is not longer providing support for the Fitbit app for Windows computers and tablets running Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. You can keep using the app you already downloaded, but it won't be available for future downloads. If you use a computer running Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1, you can continue to sync your tracker with Fitbit Connect to view your stats.
If possible, I recommend upgrading your mobile device to Windows 10. Once you upgrade it you will be able to download the Fitbit app for Windows 10 for the best mobile experience and uninterrupted syncing of your tracker.
Happy stepping! ![]()
