Hi. My Fitbit blaze won't sync with the phone. It used to and now I'll all I'm getting is an error 'request forbidden 403.

My phone is an iPhone 7 and up until now I've had no problems with the Fitbit, but it's been 6 days now and I can't get passed the error.  I have updated the app, switched the phone on and off, played with the wifi settings and just nothing. I love my blaze and I'm finding this upsetting. Please help me.

@Katiechalmers Welcome. Another user in the Charge-HR forum found that the time was advanced on her i7 and corrected the problem by setting the time to Automatic.

@WendyB How sad... Joins mine in the Fitbit graveyard. But you had another year out of yours.

Excuse us @Katiechalmers just long time Fitbit posters across "the pond", we need some digression sometimes.

@KatiechalmersThanks for the feedback... Did you find a "fix" in the link, if so others would probably like to know because in all my years with Fitbit I have never seen that error.

I would like to know because as you can see from this link  it can come from many sources.

Have a great day/evening wherever you are

@KatiechalmersApologies..... I didn't notice you had edited the previous post.  When you edit the recipient doesn't get a new email... But I'm glad you have found it and fixed the problem.
