My Blaze continues to vibrate and excessively show to notification off/on pop up.  Can you help me?  I have recorded video of it here.

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner and thanks for the attached document. Woman Wink Have you tried the restart process? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it. If it continues giving you problems, I suggest getting in touch with our support team, I know they will be glad to help you out. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
