Hi,
I have a Blaze with firmware version 17.8.200.3. A while ago I had an upgrade notification, which I tried to do, but it failed a few times. I didn't take time to find out why, but now, after I found out more about those upgrades, I tried again, but there is no "pink arrow" indicating an available upgrade. How do I get this upgrade from 17.8.200.3 to the newest standard? I upgraded my phone app but I don't know how to upgrade my Blaze. Please help? Thanks for any help

The upgrade is being rolled out and may not have reached you yet (it hasn't reached me either). All we can do is wait for the notification. There is no way to force the upgrade.

Thank you, I thought I was a few upgrades behind as my friend had an successful upgrade a few days ago.

The Blaze firmware update has been released for all Blaze users now, I would like to know if you have seen the update message? If you haven't, I recommend checking the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post and follow the instructions provided.
