Fitbit Update 3/30:

Good news! This issue should now be fixed. You can re-add your exercises in the order/availability that you want, sync your tracker, and you should be good to go!

Thanks everyone for reporting this. Robot Happy

Fitbit Update 3/29: Hey everyone!

A few users have pointed out that they're seeing their exercise shortcuts list is being emptied on-device, meaning that Blaze devices that have historically been equipped with onboard exercise shortcuts now read "No Exercises." You will also see a message on your device about having no exercise shortcuts, with instructions to visit their settings to populate the list.

Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. For now, a good workaround would be to:

  • Re-add the shortcuts in your settings. Web settings on a desktop/laptop seem to be working best for this.
  • Sync your device!

We've also seen a few instances where re-pairing the tracker to your account has alleviated the issue (using these instructions). If you do go this route, please be sure to sync before doing so!

This should wrap it up! Be sure to let us know if you have any questions.

This issue clearly isn't solved as it only happened to me today, a full 2 days after it was supposedly solved. I was on the treadmill and went to log it on the Blaze, there were no exercise options to log at all. Rather randomly, when I got back to my desk and looked on the computer dashboard, it has logged it as a crosstrainer with the time and the calories both much lower than they should be. I'm becoming rather disappointed with this Blaze, think I might return it under the 45-day thingamejig, it really isn't as good as was promised

Hi guys, Done some testing and proven that although the Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile apps allow changing of the l activities ist it is not sticky, so changes back on exit and the Blaze is NOT updated when synced. I have also proven that changing the activities list in settings on the dashboard area of the Fitbit site (http://www.Fitbit.com) is sticky, so that the new activities listing is transferred to the Blaze on next sync. Hope this helps...

I have the same problem Exercise Shortcuts disappearing from the watch. I tried to do what's being told. I update the settings. However, it is not sync on my device. Please tell me what should I do.

Will it be bugs ? Will it be fixed by fitbit? I just used the watches for 3 weeks only.

@fionafc1999 Once you have updated the exercise list on the dashboard on
the Fitbit website you just need to sync as usual with your PC or phone.
The problem seems to be that changes to the exercise list via phone or pc
app were not persistent. Website updates are...

I can not find a way to track my exercise when I do a fast walk with my Fitbit Blaze. I used to use the 'workout' exercise option, but it's no longer available with the new upgraded OS.  I want to use one of the exercise features, so that it will log my time, steps, distance, etc. I do the same route each time and want to be able to track my progress and improvement. What is the best way to go about this?
