Fitbit Update 3/30:
Good news! This issue should now be fixed. You can re-add your exercises in the order/availability that you want, sync your tracker, and you should be good to go!
Thanks everyone for reporting this.
Fitbit Update 3/29: Hey everyone!
A few users have pointed out that they're seeing their exercise shortcuts list is being emptied on-device, meaning that Blaze devices that have historically been equipped with onboard exercise shortcuts now read "No Exercises." You will also see a message on your device about having no exercise shortcuts, with instructions to visit their settings to populate the list.
Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. For now, a good workaround would be to:
We've also seen a few instances where re-pairing the tracker to your account has alleviated the issue (using these instructions). If you do go this route, please be sure to sync before doing so!
This should wrap it up! Be sure to let us know if you have any questions.

@Stevep2000 Glad to hear that it's working out for you and your daughter!
I might add your troubleshoot from @Layls123 to the lead post in this thread, as a backup!

I hope everyone doesn't mind that I merged 5 threads about this issue.
For me a simple adding the exercises back in through the app worked.

I had the same problem this morning, and fixed it from my phone. In the app under "exercise shortcuts", you will see a blank entry. Hit "edit" at the top then hit the red circle, then delete to remove the blank entry. You can then add shortcuts as normal. Hopefully this helps!

The fix that user MTX described worked perfectly for me FYI. There was a blank entry in the list of exercise shortcuts that I had to remove in order to get it to work. But now works great!

This worked perfectly for me. Didn't even notice the blank entry until I read your post. Thank you!

I'm glad this worked for you. MTX's solution worked for me without having to remove the device from the app.

Yes! This works. I had to add an exercise first (Like trreadmill) then I swiped left and deleted the empty space. And now I have exercises.

I was having the same problem with my exercise shortcuts disappearing. I finally got it fixed so the shortcuts would show on the device. On the app in the "Exercise Shortcuts" there was a blank line that kept showing up. When I deleted that line it allowed me to add the shortcuts I wanted and they synced to the device. Haven't had problems since.

Thank you very much I done this and my exercice shortcuts back on my Blaze. I hope it keeps it!

I have tried updating both my app, website, unintalling the app, removing and readding my Blaze...still no exercise shortcuts.
Can someone from FitBit please chime in on whether or not this is being worked on. HTe comment from the moderator from yesterday is outdated info.

I'm having the same problem. Even tried re-loading the exercises from the website.

My blaze has removed all of the default exercises when I amended the choice of exercises on the dashboard
I can edit them and sync but it just removes them no matter how many and in which order I add them
Is this a software error?

@BBivins For me the Layls123 suggestion worked if you want to try that. Synch the Blaze first to get your latest data set, remove device from app, add device back to app. Data is all still here and the Exercise shortcuts have returned.
