Since updating to software version 8.402.1 I have lost the Exercise tab on the blaze screen. I have tried everything, and have been communicating with FitBit for two days.! Anyone help or experienced the same thing? Suggestions from FitBit
Firstly
On your Fitbit device:
1. Swipe to Settings
2. Slide Slide down and tap Shutdown
3. Tap Yes
Secondly
Nothing has worked!

I am communicating with Support STILL. They have escalated the case twice and emailed "suggestions" to try but nothing has worked so far.
It is still not showing EXERCISE. So not much luck with your support team...
I believe this happened with the software update, it worked fine before. But I'm no expert right!
Question: Can I roll back the software update to the previous version?
