Hi. The last several days I have noticed that my exercise in my android app is not correct. For example when I exercise on my treadmill my stats on my blaze after my workout is complete seems accurate with what my treadmill says as far as calories and miles. But then I sync to my android app and when it appears under track my exercise the stats are different. It will say I only burned 21 calories or only got 510 steps for a 30 minute workout when actually I got 3000-4000. Or say I only went .18 miles when I really did 1-2 miles. Any ideas as to why or how I can fix this???
Hi, this is also happening to me! I have an iPhone and the exercise is right on the blaze but not when I sync it to my phone. Instead of it being 450 cal it says that I've done 17cal! As I exercise for a living it is eccensual i get it working again ASAP. Please can someone help???
I just got my blaze this weekend and have been tracking exercise since Monday. First 2 days were accurate. Yesterday was way off, just like yours. I also have an iPhone. Hopefully problem gets fixed soon. Very frustrating.
