Exercise not logging once a week

Hi Fitbit team, 

                      i just realised that starting after  10th June 2018 up to now, there is a pattern whereby once every week the app does not log in my exercise. Therefore every week it shows that i completed only 6/7 days of exercise.  I observed that it happened on Friday  on the first week, then it occurred between Tuesday and Wednesday up to now.

 

Could you please have a look?

I'm very sorry that it seems that your dashboard is not logging your exercise once a week. Now, I'd like to know if this happens on a consistent basis (any specific day) or if it is just any random day in the week. That sounds definitely strange and I'm not sure what could be causing that, but I would recommend two things.

 

First, try to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

After that, proceed to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

 

After doing these two things, try it out for the next wee and see how it goes.
