Exercise not tracked using Chronograph clock face timer

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I use the chronograph face. I pressed the bottom right button (where it has a play symbol) before my Hiit workout. I pressed pause then finish. I synced my Blaze with the app. The app doesn’t show my workout stats. It shows how many steps and my active minutes but the actual exercise tile doesn’t show that I’ve done any exercise. Please help. Thanks.

Hi there @SunsetRunner. Great to have you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 😄

I can help you with this. The Chronograph face is actually only a useful timer but this will not record your workout from there. For that, you will need to go to the third screen on your Blaze for the Exercise shortcuts and start tracking your workout from here so that when you sync it, you will see an activity record with all the relevant information.

Hope you find this information useful. Anything else you may need, let me know!

Thanks for your reply.

I did the same thing on Saturday and it tracked my run.

I'll certainly use the exercise screen for my Hiit workouts in the future.
