Hello, I need some clarification on something. I am not a runner nor have I ever been so forgive me if this is a silly question. While tracking my exercise as "Walking" on my Blaze, it gives me my pace stat as well. How is this information used to improve? It gives me something like 20'11" but as I understand pace is a distance/time....what is the time measurement used here? I am obviously going more than 20 feet a minute so this is where my confusion stems from. If I don't understand the application of this information it seems a useless tool for me and I can't find any info on it anywhere. Thanks for any help I can get.
