Hello @Jmsix2000 have you tried setting the tracker up as a replacement device to your current tracker?

Remove it from your account then add as a new device. Unless there is a setting for menus for the Blaze. My blaze is not hooked up at the moment.

My Blaze won't show the exercise shortcut screen. Not just the the exercises ( walking, running, biking, workout, etc) but the whole Exercise Screen. So if I just at my home screen and swipe left, It goes Clock, Today, Fitstar, Relax, Timer, Alarms, then settings. No Screen for exercise, it use to be between Today, and Fitstar, but its not there.
Things I've done to try to fix it:
-Restart (two Button) probably 30 Times
-Hard Restart (3 Button) probably 20 times
-Waited for it to dead then charged and restarted it
-Disconnecting/delete the device from the fitbit app ( both on my phone then tried it on a computer)
-Tried reordering/changing Exercises on Phone app then syncing
-tried reordering/change Exercise on website dashboard then syncing
-when i did both of these the other updated to the new exercises
-deleted the device from the app and the bluetooth on my phone then re-setup the device completely
The Blaze syncs steps, shows notification, incoming calls and auto-detects some workouts but usually misses the first 10-15 minutes plus it not workout specific.
Please Help i don't know of anything else to do. I've tried every fix in the forum nothing works.

A hard restart is when the user goes to the settings in the Blaze and does a shutdown. The three butt is simply a two button restart with the third button pressed.
We have another user with the same problem so I'm merging the threads.
