My Blaze has past the warranty period by a couple of months, but the credit card I bought it with extends the warranty by an extra year. It recently stopped displaying the heart rate when set to "auto." It shows a number when set to "on," but it always reads 70bpm, no matter what I'm doing! This makes it useless for tracking workouts and tracking sleep. The problem is, the credit card company wants a repair estimate -- they won't pay to replace the tracker unless it's less expensive than fixing it. I can't find anyone who advertises that they fix Fitbits. Does the manufacturer offer repair service for out-of-warranty trackers? Has anyone else dealt with this type of problem and how did you get a repair estimate?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @Jerimennifer! 🙂
I'd like to help you out with this. When it comes to the extended warranty, if it was not issued by Fitbit, you will need to work it out directly with your credit card company.
Now, the thing is that Fitbit doesn't offer repairs on damaged trackers. My suggestion would be to tell them this and they should then pay you for a replacement by the cost of the tracker because repairs are not an option at the moment.
