I’m unable to update nor sync my Fitbit Blaze.
And this message keeps popping up on my iPhone 6S.
i have tried and followed the steps which are suggested in this forum, but still unable to solve the issue.
can anyone help?

This seems to be a known bug that's affecting some users of the iOS app. Keep an eye on the following thread which has the latest updates from fitbit and some things to try to get round the problem:
