Failure to connect

My Fitbit is unable to connect to my iOS, so I cannot update or sync

Welcome to the Community @CesarF. If you are having problems setting up your tracker, I recommend restarting the Blaze and after the restart process, follow the setup procedure one more time from your iOS Fitbit app. If you are receiving an error please let me know.
