Fast battery loss

Hi, I have had my Fitbit blaze for about 6 months and it's has suddenly gone from holding its charge for 4-5 days to holding it for 1 day (and barely that). The only notifications I have set up are texts (which is not very often) and only two autos for activity. Just looking for any feedback or suggestions as I was loving it but now it's become a pain. Also I find it has started freezing sometimes with the steps and when I'm exercising it will lose a few minutes then start counting again (without adding those I  did while it was frozen). Any help would be great!!
