Hi all just got a question. I received my Fitbit yesterday and wore it to work today (I work in a nursery) and noticed that my heart rate was 100+ for most of the day meaning I was constantly in “fat Burning mood” when I look at my graph I spent 6 hours 59 mins in fat Burning mood. I’m wanting to put weight on and I’m concerned because I’ve pretty much burnt all the calories off that I’ve taken in today according to my Fitbit 😩 please help

Regarding your calories inquiry, since you are active most of the day is normal for you to burn a lot of calories. For more information, you can take a look at the How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity? article.
If you don't want to burn that many calories, you can set a food plan by following the instructions provided in the How do I track my food with Fitbit? article and set a plan depending on the calories you burn.
